Biography
Dr Josephine McCarthy is a PhD candidate in the Endocrine Hypertension Research Group and an endocrinologist at Monash Health.
She is undertaking the first prospective study in Australia to investigate primary aldosteronism in people presenting to hospital with stroke or transient ischaemic attack.
