Attention Students, You are invited to a session on how we can best support trainee Physician-Scientists, and hear from two emerging Monash stars.
Undertaking a PhD is an important part of training for life as a physician scientist and experiencing research in depth. The Department is keen to understand the specific needs of, and to provide support to trainee physician-scientists.
- The session will be chaired by Professor Ebeling
- Dr Ben Rogers and Dr Jun Yang, two emerging Monash Health Physician-Scientists will share their perspective on establishing themselves as Physician-Scientists
- Professor Richard Kitiching will present the results of work done with trainee Physician-Scientists undertaking a PhD at Monash.
- There will be time for questions and discussion with the panel.
