Project description

Interferon epsilon (IFNe) is a unique member of the type I interferon family which is constitutively expressed by mucosal epithelia. We recently reported that IFNe can suppress metastasis of ovarian cancer through regulation of immune cells. Projects are available in our lab to investigate the mechanism of action of IFNe in cancer.
